The World Architecture Festival (WAF), often called the “Oscars” of the architecture world, is rightfully considered one of the most significant annual international events. Since 2008, the festival has attracted architects, material suppliers, and clients from over 60 countries. This year, the award winners and Grand Prix will be announced in early November, with Singapore hosting the event.
Nominees for #WAF24 showcase the most inspiring and groundbreaking architectural projects. Festival participants propose unique solutions for transforming cities worldwide. Among the nominees in the Master Planning category is the Sea Breeze project by the architecture firm Scott Brownrigg, a global leader in architecture and design, working to create a unique resort city.
The Sea Breeze project fully meets the #WAF24 criteria: it is a city of the future on the Caspian Sea coast, designed for comfortable living. From modern infrastructure solutions to bold innovations, Sea Breeze promises to become one of the main global tourism attractions.
