Recently, the resort town of Sea Breeze once again became the center of attention when it was visited by the team from the popular multi-million-viewer project “Caution, Sobchak.” The last time Ksenia Sobchak visited Baku was in 2021, and in the few years since, Sea Breeze has transformed: new infrastructure has emerged, and unique real estate developments have been introduced.
During the interview, Emin Agalarov not only shared his vision for the development of the resort but also gave Ksenia Sobchak a tour of Baku’s main attractions and, naturally, showcased the impressive progress of Sea Breeze. Accompanied by Emin, the guests explored updates and unique projects that have come to life in recent years.
The team visited Grand Villa—one of the luxury new constructions on the resort grounds—and also saw new residential complexes and infrastructure projects. Particular attention was drawn to LANDAU School, which employs advanced educational methods, and the renowned pop-up beach club Nikki Beach, which has become a new attraction along the coast.
Amidst the scenic views of Baku and the coastline, Emin Agalarov shared his recommendations on how to spend two vibrant days in Azerbaijan’s capital. He recalled interesting moments, including his meeting with Pavel Durov, the founder of Russian social networks, which took place at Sea Breeze.
